COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perfection Gear UC2140A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Witenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Witenstein such as the TPM025S091R6P01094AW1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TT29333018CA manufactured by Industrial-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK1SM4017L4CUS by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Usem Brand U25P1DC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Te-Connectivity such as T2679C302 equipment made by Te-Connectivity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Te-Connectivity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Te-Connectivity" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMSH20ACA6CSGMSH20ACA6C made by Yasakawa as well as the popular SJJ37AP original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T85805MPTG36000 by Kubler-Turck and T2679C302 spares by Te-Connectivity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TT29533058A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Inland. |
